Common questions
What should I include in my first message?
Your organisation type and size, the problem you are trying to solve, roughly when you need it resolved, and any budget range you are working within. That is usually enough for us to reply with something useful rather than a generic acknowledgement.
Do you charge for an initial conversation?
No. The first discussion is free — it is how we both find out whether there is a fit. Chargeable work starts only after a written scope and fee have been agreed.
Do you work outside Addis Ababa?
Yes. We deliver on-site work across Ethiopia and account for travel in the proposal. Blended formats are available where travel or shift cover is a constraint.
Can you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. We expect client operating data to be confidential and will sign your NDA before detailed discussions — which is also why our public project pages are deliberately limited.
Are you available for tenders and procurement processes?
Yes. We can supply company documentation, scope statements and references. Send the submission format and deadline and we will confirm what we can meet.
